Pizza Mia Salad
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup part-skim Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup green pepper – chopped
- 4 slices salami – julienne-cut
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup red onion – chopped
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 quart torn romaine lettuce
- 1 tomato – chopped
Directions:
- Combine mayonnaise and Italian seasoning in large bowl
- Mix well
- Add remaining ingredients
- Mix lightly
Makes 6 servings at 119 calories and 7.2 g fat each.
