Pizza Mia Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup part-skim Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup green pepper – chopped
  • 4 slices salami – julienne-cut
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup red onion – chopped
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 quart torn romaine lettuce
  • 1 tomato – chopped

Directions:

  1. Combine mayonnaise and Italian seasoning in large bowl
  2. Mix well
  3. Add remaining ingredients
  4. Mix lightly

Makes 6 servings at 119 calories and 7.2 g fat each.
