Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
Ingredients (for one serving):
- ½ cup fat-free milk
- ½ cup fat-free plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp creamy natural unsalted peanut butter (no sugar added)
- ¼ very ripe banana
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 4 ice cubes
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in blender
- Process until smooth
- Enjoy
