Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients (for one serving):

  • ½ cup fat-free milk
  • ½ cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp creamy natural unsalted peanut butter (no sugar added)
  • ¼ very ripe banana
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender
  2. Process until smooth
  3. Enjoy

  • 50 g carbohydrates
  • 16 g fat
  • 2 g saturated fat
  • 5 mg cholesterol
  • 289 mg sodium
  • 3 g fiber
