ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Recently married Missionary Nathan Wagenknecht in April 2009 and resides in León, Guanajuato, México. Nathan is a member of the WELS Latin American Traveling Theological Educators (LATTE) team and serves as a professor for our seminaries in Latin America. He is also the Friendly Counselor for the mission in Brazil.
Worked with and for the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS) for over ten years. Served in WELS world missions as the project manager for World Missions’ Promotions Center in Milwaukee, Wis. (2003-2007). Volunteered as a WELS Kingdom Workers’ mission assistant in various countries and in different roles: an English teacher in Torreón, México (Jan-Feb, 2009), an English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teacher in Santiago, Dominican Republic (2007-2008) teaching conversational English classes and making evangelism visits, an administrator of The Christian Reading and Learning Center in Blantyre, Malawi (2000-2001), and an English teacher for children and adults in Ashikaga, Japan (1998-1999).
Graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, Stevens Point, Wis. (1991-1995) in Communication and completed some graduate work at the University of St. Thomas-Minneapolis, Minn.

Great! Let us know how it turns out! It is a light cake, that can be sprinkled with a little powder sugar or left plain if you don’t want to add the chocolate. Tastes great with coffee!
